超早期微创治疗急性硬膜下血肿80例的护理

摘　　要：目的观察并分析血肿患者在运用超早期微创法进行治疗之后的临床护理措施。方法本院近年来共收治急性硬膜下血肿患者80例，并以此作为临床资料，对患者实施针对性的护理措施，观察临床效果。结果在对血肿患者实施针对性的护理措施之后，患者的康复率达到95．0％。结论在急性硬膜患者接受超早期微创治疗之后，临床中对其实施针对性的护理措施，能够有效的降低并发症的发病率，加快患者的康复速度。Objective To observe and analyze the hematoma in the use of clinical nursing measures after ultra-early minimally invasive method for treatment. Methods 80 cases admitted in our hospital in recent years treated as acute subdural hematoma, as a clinical data of patients, were given the implementation of targeted nursing, clinical effects were observed. Results After the implementation of the nursing measures for the patients with hematoma, rehabilitation rate reached 95%. Conclusion Undergoing ultra-early minimally invasive therapy in patients with acute epidural, and clinical implementation of the pertinent nursing measures, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and speed up the recovery of patients.
