摘　　要：目的调查医院急诊患者和家属的护理需求。方法对我院2011年6月至2013年6月我院收治的300例急诊患者和患者家属的需求进行调查，对比不同年龄、不同性别、不同病情严重程度患者的需求差异。结果不病情严重的患者，对病人信息的需求、医院环境设施流程的需求更高，与病情轻微的患者比较，P〈0．05为差异有统计学意义。结论急诊患者和患者家属对护理需求较高，需要建立更好服务。Objective To investigate the nursing care needs of hospital emergency patients and their families. Methods In our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 300 cases of emergency patients and their families were investigated about their nursing care needs and compare with different ages, different gender, different disease severity in patients with demand differences. Results Severely ill patients had higher demand in patient information, the hospital environment and facilities processes, compared with patients with mild, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emergency patients and their families have higher nursing care needs, which needs better service.
