蓬莱原油及石脑油化合物组成规律研究

摘　　要：利用气相色谱分析技术对某炼厂不同原油及所产石脑油、二次加工轻石脑油等化合物组成进行了系统研究。发现蓬莱原油和蓬莱混合原油所含化合物构成丰富,仅C8以下化合物就有48种,且以C7组分为主,其次是C8和C6;但两种原油化合物种类、含量变化规律完全一致;蓬莱原油直馏石脑油(≤120℃)化合物仍以C7组分为主,其次是C8和C6,其变化规律与蓬莱原油化合物组成含量变化规律一致;属重质石脑油;而其二次加工所产拔头油、戊烷油、抽余油及中高压加氢石脑油均为轻质石脑油,所产焦化汽柴油加氢石脑油属重质石脑油。In this paper, compound constitute of different oil, naphtha produced hy oil and light naphtha processed by naphtha in an oil refinery were systematically investigated by means of gas chromatographic analysis technique,that is integral peak area normalization method.It was found that compound constitutes of Penglai oil and Penglai mixed oil were abundant,and the compounds under Cs have 48 species and were mainly C7 ingredient,were secondly ingredient of Cs and C6,but the variety and content of two kinds of oil compound were nearly the same. And the compound and hydrocarbon component of virgin naphtha（ ≤ 120℃ ）of Penglai crude oil were principally composed of CT,secondly Cs and C6,were the same as those of Penglai oil. Straight-run distillate oil of Penglai oil and hydrogenation naphtha of gasoline-diesel were belong to heavy naphtha, over head, pentane oil,raffinate oil and medium-high pressure hydrogenation naphtha were ascribed light naphtha.
