摘 要:苏里格气田东区储层粘土矿物含量高、易发生水相圈闭、水锁伤害严重、存在水敏、速敏伤害、受外来工作液的伤害比较严重。钻井过程中,钻井液易堵塞气层孔喉,破坏油气层原有的平衡,从而诱发油气层潜在伤害因素,造成储层伤害。压裂过程中,压裂液与地层岩石和流体不配伍、破胶不彻底、不良添加剂等对支撑裂缝导流能力的损害,造成储层伤害。本文在目前已有资料的基础上,结合储层地质特征及保护机理研究,采用室内评价和现场验证等手段,分析筛选出适合苏里格气田东区低伤害钻井液和压裂液,提出改进意见和方向,从而降低钻完井液等对储层的伤害,提高气井单井产量。Sulige gas field in eastern reservoir content of clay minerals, prone to water phase trapping water lock serious injury, there is water sensitivity, speed-sensitive injury, the injury is more serious alien working fluid. In this paper, on the basis of existing data, combined with reservoir geological characteristics and mechanism of protection, the use of means of laboratory evaluation and field verification, analysis Sulige gas field eastern screened suitable for low damage drilling fluids and fracturing fluids, suggest improvements and direction, thereby reducing the drilling and completion fluid reservoir damage, improve gas well production per well.
