长北处理厂污水处理系统存在问题分析及解决方法

摘　　要：介绍了长北天然气处理厂污水回注系统的主要流程,指出了目前处理厂在污水处理过程中存在的问题,分析了污水处理系统不能正常运行的根本原因,并针对处理污水存在的固体悬浮颗粒过多、处理设施不完善等问题提出了解决方法,对改进后的效果进行了评价。This article presented a typical process of the produced water processing system in Changbei central process faeility（CPF）,showed the issues of the current system and did a root cause analysis（ RCA ）for these issues. Meanwhile,solutions rose respectively based on the RCA results to handle the issues of like high existing solid suspension,and etc.The results after improvement were characterized.
