超高龄老人(≥90岁)起搏器植入术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析行永久起搏器植入术的超高龄老人(≥90岁)的临床资料,探讨其特点和安全性。方法对华东医院心内科1998年1月—2009年12月间植入永久起搏器的超高龄(≥90岁)患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,共31例,年龄范围90～104岁,其中植入单腔起搏器(VVI)14例,植入双腔起搏器(DDD)17例。结果 31例患者均成功植入永久起搏器,术中及术后6月随访,未发生气胸、电极脱位、心包填塞、感染等并发症。结论只要术前充分准备,术中谨慎操作,超高龄(≥90岁)患者行永久起搏器治疗是安全的。Objective To analyze the clinical data of extreme elderly patients beyond 90 implanted pacemaker and to investigate the characteristics and safety.Methods The clinical data of 31 patients beyond 90 who had been implanted permanent pacemakers from January 1998 to December 2009 in the Cardiology Department of Huadong Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were between 90～104 years old.There were fourteen single-chamber pacemakers and seventeen double-chamber pacemakers.Results All cases succeeded in pacemaker implanting.No Complications such as pneumothorax,lead dislocation,pericardial tamponade and infection of pacemaker pocket happened during operation and 6-month follow-up.Conclusions The pacemaker implantation in patients beyond 90 is safe with good preparation and careful implantation during operation.
