左卡尼汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察左卡尼汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 104例患者随机分为治疗组56例和观察组48例。两组常规治疗相同。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予左卡尼汀静脉滴注,观察患者治疗前后临床症状、心电图缺血改善程度。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛,能有效改善患者的临床症状,临床应用安全。Objectlve To observe the L-carnitine efficacy for the treatment of unstable angina. Methods A hundred and four patients were randomly assigned into an treatment group and an observation group ,56 eases and 48 cases respectively. The conventional treatment adopted is the same. Basides, the treatment group was given L-carnitine on the basis of conventional therapy. The clinical symptoms and ECG isehemia improvement were observed. Results The treatment group were better than the observation group on the total efficiency and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion L-carnitine can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symp- toms in the treatment of unstable angina and the clinical application is secure.
