摘 要:利用酸析法提取芦苇碱木素,经苯酚改性制取重金属吸附剂,研究了苯酚用量、反应温度以及反应时间对制取改性碱木素重金属吸附的影响。结果表明,在苯酚相对木素加入量为4g/g、反应温度为100℃、反应时间为90min时,对Pb2+、Cd2+和Cr3+有最佳的吸附效果;与未改性的碱木素相比,对金属离子的吸附有明显的提高,Pb2+的去除率由92.4%上升到97.8%,Cd2+的去除率由44.5%上升到63.8%,Cr3+的去除率由43.4%上升到62.5%。适当提高酚羟基含量有利于重金属离子的吸附。After acid precipitation of reed alkali lignin the effect of phenols amount, temperature and time on the adsorption of modified products for heavy metal was studied. The better adsorption of reed alkali lignin on Pb^2+, Cd^2+, Cr^3+ was obtained when phenol amount was 4 g/g and treated at 100 ℃ for 90 rain, in which removal rate of Pb^2+ was increase to 97.8% from 92.4%, removal rate of Cd^2+ was increased to 63.8% from 44.5%, removal rate of Cr^3+ was increased to 62.5% from 43.4%. The adsorption efficiency was improved with the rised phenolic hydroxyl.
