摘　　要：干燥综合征的早期诊断能使患者得到及时治疗机会,同时也是提高自愈率的关键。近年来有研究表明,抗α-胞衬蛋白多肽抗体是原发性干燥综合征患者多种自身抗体中一种特异性器官受累的标志物,高滴度抗α-FA与ss密切相关。本文就原发性干燥综合征的实验室研究进展做一撰述。Early diagnosis of Sjogren＇s syndrome patients can receive timelytreatment opportunities, butalso improve the healing rate of the key.
