摘 要:针对配电网的单相接地故障定位问题 ,提出了传递函数故障定位法。阐述了应用于配电网故障定位的传递函数法的原理 ,给出了单相和三相配电线路接地故障定位的传递函数公式。重点分析了依据传递函数波形的频率、相位和幅值特征进行故障定位的判据 ,从理论公式的数值计算和实际线路仿真两方面论证了判据的可靠性 ,从判据在实际的分支辐射状配电网中的应用论述了判据的有效性。A transfer function algorithm is proposed for locating the single--phase--to--ground faults in Power distributionnetworks. The principle of applying the transfer function theory to the location of ground faults in power distributionnetworks is described. Formulas of transfer functions for locating ground faults in single--phase and three--phase distributionlines are given. Theoretical analyses and computer simulations show that the criteria based on the frequency, phase angle andamplitude characteristics of the transfer function waveform can effectively locate faults in distribution networks. Since it isvalid for power distribution networks with branched radial lines. it is unaffected by load changes and its parameters can easilybe measured. This fault location algorithm can be widely applied to the power distribution networks.This project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China ado. 59777017).
