摘　　要：论述了当前中国城市配电网自动化和中压 1 0 k V网络的现状以及两者之间的关系。认为在配电自动化实施前 ,必须对网络结构进行研究和优化 ,并提出网络结构优化的准则 。This article expounds the present situation of the urban distribution automation and 10 kV distribution networkstructures in China, and discusses the relationship between them. It is pointed out that the network structure should beoptimized before implementing the distribution automation. Meanwhile. criteria of the network structure optimization arepresented. An example on urban distribution network structure optimization in China is also introduced.
