摘　　要：南非的矿产资源非常丰富,吸引世界各国来此进行矿业投资。该国与矿业相关法律法规较为完善,为外商投资矿业提供了有利的条件。但对中国矿业企业来说,投资南非矿业仍存在中非文化融合、矿业政策和税费变化以及安全、电力、人员短缺等一系列的不利因素。投资者在投资前应进行详细的尽职调查,谨慎作出投资选择。Various countries in the world has been attracted to invest in mining industry of South Africa, where has abundant mineral resources. Therefore, with more perfect laws and regulations related to mining, South Africa provides powerful conditions for foreign investment in mining. However, in terms of China＇s mining enterprises, there are many negative factors for investment in South Africa＇s mining such as China-Africa cultural fusion, mining policy, tax changes, security, electric power, as well as the shortage of staff. So this paper reminds that investors in China must make a detailed and due diligence before investment, and then make investment choice carefully.
