摘　　要：野外地质工作管理与服务的现代化建设已成为找矿突破战略行动的主要组成部分。通过对西北地区3S技术野外地质工作管理与服务体系的阐述,并结合具体应用实例,证明了客观野外地质工作"态势管理"的可行性,为提高野外地质工作质量和保障好野外地质工作人员的生命安全创造了良好条件。The modernization of management and service of field geological work has become the major components of prospecting breakthrough strategic initiatives. This paper, through expounding the rn magement and service system with regard to field geological work with 3s technology （Remote Sensing, Geography Information Systems, and Global Positioning Systems）, and based on the practical applications, shows us the feasibility of ＂situational management＂ relating to objective field geological work, which created ideal conditions for improving the quality of field geological work and protected the safety of field geological workers.
