摘　　要：针刺在促进神经损伤康复方面得到广泛应用,神经可塑性理论为针刺治疗提供新的理论依据。本文主要探讨针刺影响神经可塑性的具体机制,包括对结构可塑性及功能可塑性的影响,为针刺的临床应用提供理论基础。Acupuncture has been widely used in promoting rehabilitation of injuried nerve, neural plasticity theory provides new theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment. This paper mainly discusses the specific mechanisms of in- fluence of acupuncture on neural plasticity, including effects on structural plasticity and functional plasticity, in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture.
