改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将76例混合痔患者按入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对照组患者单纯行改良外剥内套扎术,观察组患者行改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂,对比两组的治疗效果及术后并发症。结果观察组的总有效率为00.00%,对照组为89.47%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治愈率高于对照组,愈合时间、术后并发症发生率、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔疗效显著,可明显提高治愈率,缩短愈合时间,术后并发症少,复发率低,值得基层医院推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the improved milligan ligation combined with injection scle- rotherapy Xiaozhiling in treatment of the mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy six patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group for 38 cases,the control group of patients underwent modified milligan simple ligation was observed in patients with modified inner sleeve outer peel ligation combined injection sclerotherapy Xiaozhiling,and then the two groups of treatment and postoperative complications was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,the control group was 89.47%,the dif- ference was statistically significant （P〈0,05）;the cure rate,healing time,postoperative complications,recurrence rate ob- served indicators of the observation group were all significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclu- sion Improved milligan ligation combined with injection sclerotherapy Xiaozhiling in treatment of the mixed hemor- rhoids has significant effect,can significantly improve the cure rate and shorten healing time,fewer complications,recur- rence rate,it is worth promoting the use of primary hospital.
