骨科手术部位感染目标性监测与分析

摘　　要：目的了解骨科手术部位感染状况,分析危险因素,采取有效措施降低手术部位感染率。方法运用前瞻性方法对2011年1月～2012年12月骨科手术患者进行目标性监测,出院后进行随防。结果共监测骨科手术1849例次,发生手术部位感染39例次,感染率为2.1%,骨科手术部位感染的发生与手术危险指数、手术时间、术中出血量及开放性伤口相关,开放性骨折患者感染发生率最高。结论缩短等候手术时间、重视备皮方法及进行术前皮肤清洁,重视术中保温,提高手术技巧与严格执行无菌操作能有效降低手术部位感染的发生;加强术后随防能了解骨科患者手术部位感染的真实情况。Objective To understand the status of operation site infection,risk factors in Department of Orthopedics,to take effective measures to reduce the infection rate of operation.Methods Prospective method was used for Department of orthopedics operation patients from January 2011 to December 2012 who targeted monitoring,discharged to follow- up.Results A total of 1849 cases of monitoring Department of Orthopedics operation,operation site infection occurred in 39 cases,the infection rate was 2.1%,the amount of bleeding and open wounds correlate with the occurrence of oper- ation risk index,operation time,postoperative Department of orthopedics operation site of infection in open fracture pa- tients,infection rate was the highest.Conclusion The operation time,shorten the waiting to skin and method of preoper- ative skin clean,pay attention to intraoperative warming,improve operation skills and strict implementation of aseptic operation can effectively reduce operation site infection;strengthen the follow-up to understand the real situation of op- eration site infections in Department of orthopedics patients.
