摘　　要：目的探讨长效钙拮抗剂临床在高血压患者治疗时的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2011年3月～2013年2月收治的160例高血压患者的治疗资料,按照患者治疗方法差异分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者80例,治疗组患者采用常规治疗并长效钙拮抗剂同步治疗,而对照组的患者仅使用常规治疗,对治疗前后患者的收缩压和舒张压进行统计,分析两组患者的临床疗效差异,并针对患者的不良反应及并发症进行记录,观察患者的药物使用安全性。结果治疗组患者的临床疗效优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗前的收缩压和舒张压差异无统计学意义;治疗后治疗组收缩压为(18.23±1.32)kPa,对照组为(20.34±1.56)kPa,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组舒张压为(12.09±1.15)kPa,对照组为(17.54±1.32)kPa,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者采用长效钙拮抗剂治疗的临床效果较为显著,临床可以进行推广使用。Objective To explore the curative effects of long-acting calcium antagonist on treating hypertension pa- tients in clinic.Methods The clinical data from 160 patients with hypertension accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and evenly divided into treatment group and control group based on different therapeutic methods.In the treatment group,patients were treated by conventional therapy and long- acting calcium antagonist together,while in the control group,participants were only treated by conventional therapy.The systolic pressure （SP） and diastolic pressure （DP） of each patient before and after treatment were recorded in order to analyze the clinical effect difference between the two groups.Meanwhile,the adverse reactions and complications were recorded as well as the safety of drug usage on patients was observed.Results The clinical effects in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The differences of SP and DP before treatment were not significant.After treatment,the SP in the treatment group decreased to （18.23±1.32） kPa,while in the control group,it was （20.34±1.56） kPa,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.The DP in the treatment group reduced to （12.09±1.15） kPa, and in the control group,it was （17.54±1.32） kPa.Compared with the control group,the DP in the treatment group also showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The long-acting calcium antagonist can obtain a remarkable effect in the treatment of hypertension patients.It can be widely applied in clinic in order to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
