多层螺旋CT在输尿管移行细胞癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析输尿管癌的多层螺旋CT表现,提高输尿管癌的影像诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经CT扫描的52例输尿管癌患者资料。结果 52例患者术前CT诊断为肾盂输尿管癌7例,输尿管中段腔内肿块16例,输尿管下段癌29例,均伴管腔不规则狭窄或闭塞;输尿管软组织肿块部分CT增强后呈轻度至中度强化;最终病理证实52例输尿管移行细胞癌。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描技术及CT尿路成像能够明确输尿管肿瘤部位、范围,对输尿管癌的定性诊断具有重要价值;对早期发现输尿管肿瘤有重要意义。Objective To analyze the multislice spiral CT manifestations of the ureter cancer retrospectively in order to improve the imaging diagnosis level for the urater cancer. Methods Fifty-two patients with ureter cancer who had re- ceived CT scanning were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 52 patients, preoperative CT diagnosed 7 patients with ureteropelvic cancer, 16 patients with intracavity lump in the middle segment of the ureter and 29 patients with cancer in the lower segment of the ureter, all accompanied by irregular luminal stenosis or occlusion. Under enhanced CT, the ureter soft tissue lump was displayed as mild to moderate enhancement. Eventually, the ureter transitional cell cancer was confirmed in 52 patients. Conclusion The multislice spiral CT enhanced scan technique and the CTU （CT urography） can clearly display the location and scope of ureter cancer, which is of important value to the qualitative diagnosis of ureter cancer and the early detection of ureter cancer.
