摘　　要：目的探讨社区健康指导对老年抑郁症复发的预防效果。方法随机选择社区内到本院就诊并治愈出院的首发老年抑郁症患者114例,分为干预组和对照组,干预组57例患者采取社区健康指导,对照组57例患者仅采取电话追访或信件沟通方式了解其出院后的病情。比较两组患者的复发率。结果干预组多数患者病情稳定,复发率为12%;对照组患者的复发率为40%,部分患者出现心肌梗死、高血压等疾病。结论社区健康指导对预防老年抑郁症的复发具有显著效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore prevention effect of community health education on recurrence of geriatric depres-sion. Methods 114 first-episode patients with geriatric depression cured by our hospital from the community were randomly divided into the prevention group and the control group.The community health education was conducted in the prevention group（n = 57）,telephone interviews or letter communication was conducted in the control group（n = 57） to understand the post-discharge condition.The recurrence rate of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The conditions of most patients in the prevention group were stable,the recurrence rate was 12%.The recurrence rate of the control group was 40%,myocardial infarction,hypertension etc happened In some patients. Conclusion The com- munity health education has a significant effect on the prevention of recurrence of geriatric depression.It is worthy of popularization and application.
