拇指背桡侧皮神经营养血管蒂的岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨拇指背桡侧皮神经营养血管蒂的岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月～2012年2月采用拇指背桡侧皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复治疗的31例拇指软组织缺损患者为观察组,并将同一时期采用食指背侧带神经血管蒂皮瓣修复治疗的31例患者设为对照组,比较两组治疗后的手功能与感觉功能。结果观察组治疗后的手功能与感觉功能均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拇指背桡侧皮神经营养血管蒂的岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的临床效果相对更好。Objective To study the clinical effect of radial thumb dorsal neurocutaneous island flap in the repair of thumb soft tissue defect. Methods 31 patients with thumb soft tissue defect and treated with radial thumb dorsal neu- rocutaneous island flap from January 2010 to February 2012 as the observation group,31 cases treated with index fin- ger dorsal island flap with neurovascular pedicled at the same time as the control group,then the hand function and sensory function of two groups after the treatment were compared. Results The hand function and sensory function of observation group after the treatment were both significantly better than those of control group,there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of radial thumb dorsal neurocutaneous island flap in the repair of thumb soft tissue defect is relatively better.
