38例糖尿病足综合治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病足(DF)综合治疗的效果。方法对本科2008年2月～2009年11月住院治疗38例DF患者通过抗感染、严格控制血糖、扩血管、改善微循环、营养神经、局部清创、对症支持等方法全面综合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 38例DF经综合治疗后,治愈25例,好转8例,截肢2例,放弃治疗3例,总有效率为86.8%。结论 DF患者通过内外科手段综合治疗可提高治愈率,降低截肢率,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 38 cases with dia- betic foot in our hospital from February 2008 to November 2009 were treated by comprehensive and integrated treat- ment,including antiinfection,strict blood sugar control,vasodilatation,improve microcirculation,never nutrition,debride- ment and supportive eare,etc.The treatment effect was observed. Results Among the 38 patients with diabetic foot,25 cases were recovered satisfactorily,8 cases were recovered with improvement,2 cases underwent amputation and 3 cases gave up further treatment.The total effective rate was 86.8%. Conclusion Surgical means comprehensive treatment dia- betic foot can improve the cure rate and low amputation rate,which have better clinical efficacy.
