临床核医学治疗中^(131)I所致辐射剂量的研究

摘　　要：目的研究临床核医学治疗中^(131)I所致辐射剂量,为临床放射防护提供依据。方法将34例接受^(131)I治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为两组,分别由两组医师和护士进行治疗和护理,每组由1名医师和1名护士组成,对照组采用常规治疗防护措施,观察组采用综合治疗防护措施,比较两组患者治疗后^(131)I的全身有效剂量和甲状腺有效剂量,以及相应两组医师和护士工作一年所受辐射剂量。结果两组患者的甲状腺有效剂量组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的全身有效剂量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医师和护士工作1年所受辐射剂量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合防护措施可以有效减少^(131)I放射治疗对患者其医护人员的辐射,从而提高临床接受放射治疗的患者以及核医学工作人员的安全性。Objective To study the treatment in clinical nuclear medicine induced by ^131Ⅰ radiation dose,proVide thebasis for clinical radiological protection. Methods 34 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups treated with ^131Ⅰ,respectively by two groups of physicians and nurses for treatment and nursing, each made up of 1 doctor and 1 nurse,the control group conventional treatment measures,the observation group treated by comprehen- sive protective measures,were compared between the two groups after treatment ^131Ⅰ total effective dose and effectivedose of thyroid,and the corresponding two groups of physicians and nurses work for a year and the radiation dose. Re- suits the thyroid dose group two groups were no statistical differences （P〉0.05）, but the observed general effective dosegroup were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically signiiicant （P〈0.03）, and the observa- tion group of physicians and nurses work a year of radiation doses lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive protection measures can effectively reduce ^131Ⅰ ra- diotherapy for patients whose medical personnel radiation safety,to improve the clinical patients undergoing radiothera- py and nuclear medicine staff.
