自拟中药方治疗小儿支原体肺炎40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法 80例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,2组均采取口服阿奇霉素抗支原体感染,治疗组应用自拟中药汤剂治疗,对照组应用丙种球蛋白治疗。治疗14 d后复查胸片并统计疗效。结果治疗组在退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、湿啰音及哮鸣音消失时间方面均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),2组总有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论中药治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效肯定,症状、体征改善较快。Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM decoction in treating pediatric mycoplasma pneu- monia. Methods 80 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 40 cases each, both taking o- ral azithromycin. The treatment group used self-made TCM decoction, and control group was treated with gamma globulin. 14 days after treatment, chest radiograph was repeated and the statistical effect was analyzed. Results The treatment group in the time of fever ceasing, cough relief, rales and wheezes disappearing was significantly shorter than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , and difference of the total efficiency of 2 groups had no statistical signifi- cance （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia has cur- ative effect, with quick improvement of symptoms and signs.
