仲景方治疗小儿哮喘的临床应用分析

摘　　要：选择性分析了1999—2011年报道应用小青龙汤等8首仲景方治疗各类证型小儿哮喘的经验,并结合《伤寒论》《金匮要略方论》原文对其脉证、病机与方药进行分析,指出运用经方的关键是准确地把握病机、辨证论治。Selective analysis of 1999--2011 reports about the application of 8 Zhang Zhongjing＇ s prescriptions such as Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating pediatric asthma of different syndromes was made, combined with Trea- tise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber to analyze pulse syndrome, pathogenesis and prescription drug. It is pointed out that the key for the application of classical prescription is to grasp the patho- genesis accurately and differentiate syndrome and treatment.
