摘 要:应用DEFORM-3D软件对不同模具结构的铜连续挤压成型过程的数值模拟,模拟分析对比不同通道长度铜连续挤压过程中坯料的温度场和应力场的分布,为连续挤压模具设计及工艺参数确定提供理论依据.温度曲线呈波浪形,通道长度为3.0 mm时模口及挡料块处的温度最高;等效应力曲线呈先上升后下降的趋势,通道长度为6.0 mm时等效应力最,通道长度为3.0 mm时等效应力最小.The continuous extrusion forming process with different mold structure for copper was simulated by using DEFORM-3D. The analysis and comparison of temperature and stress field were obtained by numerical simulation. A theoretical foundation for designing extrusion die and confirming process parameters was provided through the simulation results. The experment results show that the temperature curve is undulate, and the tem- perature of the die sizing zone and abutment are the highest when the channel length is 3.0 mm. The equivalent stress curve is incresased at first, then declined. However, the equivalent stress is the lowest when the channel length is 6.0 mm, and it is the highest when the channel length is 3.0 mm.
