摘  要:提出了一种新型的气升间歇内循环一体化反应器,利用曝气动力实现混合液在厌氧区和好氧区的循环,采用变液位间歇交换模式在厌氧区创造厌氧/缺氧交替环境,通过强化反硝化除磷过程实现污水同步脱氮除磷.考察了三种工艺形式下污染物的去除效能和去除特性,实验结果表明:采用固定床生物膜-沉淀出水工艺形式,可以实现良好脱氮,厌氧区固定生物膜微生物具备反硝化除磷环境,但因无法有效排泥造成除磷效果较差;采用移动床复合生物系统-沉淀出水工艺形式,可以加强以活性污泥形式存在的常规聚磷菌的作用,除磷效果改善,但生物量受污泥沉淀效果的影响而偏低造成氮、磷去除率较低;采用移动床复合生物系统-膜出水工艺形式,能保持较高浓度的生物量并能有效排泥.在水力停留时间(HRT)为22h、间歇交换周期为185min、污泥龄(SRT)为17d的条件下,进水COD、NH4+-N和PO43--P浓度分别为821.3、102.5和21.3mg/L时,反应器对COD、TN和PO43--P去除率分别达到91.8%、84.8%和94.4%.A new airlift intermittent circulation membrane bioreactor was developed using mixed liquid circula- tion between anaerobic and oxic zones by aeration power, alternate anaerobic/anoxic biological environment by liquid level variation, and simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal through strengthened denitrifying phosphorus removal process. Pollutant removal performance and mechanisms of the reactor under three process composition forms were studied. The experiment results indicate that with fixed biofilm-setting process,nitrogen removal efficiency is satisfied, and the biological environment for denitrifying phosphorus removal of the fixed film in the anaerobic zone is created with poor phosphorus removal due to biofilm discharge problem. In moving bed biofilm-setting process,phosphorus removal efficiency is improved under the effect of conventional phos- phorus removal microorganisms in the activated sludge, but nitrogen and phosphorus removals are unsatisfied due to inadequate biomass. In moving bed biofilm-membrane process,higher biomass quantity is obtained,and excess sludge can be discharged effectively. Under the influent condition of COD concentration of 821.3 mg/L, TN ( total nitrogen) of 102.5 mg/L and PO43- -P of 21.3 mg/L for the hydraulic residence time (HRT) of 22 h and intermittent circulation time (ICT) of 3 h,average removal efficiencies of C OD,TN and POe3- -P come to 91.8% ,84.8% and 94.3% ,respectively.
