摘  要:在生产条件下采用冲入铸造法制备了两种纳米陶瓷粉体强化ASTM G2500的材料.研究了不同种纳米陶瓷粉体的添加量对ASTM G2500的显微组织和力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,添加了纳米陶瓷粉体A的ASTM G2500的显微组织石墨有细化,但珠光体数量减少;随着纳米陶瓷粉体A添加量的不同,其抗拉强度有较大的波动,与未添加纳米陶瓷粉体的试样相比,添加纳米陶瓷粉体A含量为0.05%的试样的抗拉强度减少了12.78%;硬度都有所降低,其中粉体含量0.05%的试样硬度降幅最大,达到10.87%.添加了纳米陶瓷粉体B的ASTM G2500珠光体数量有所增多;随着纳米陶瓷粉体B添加量的提高,其抗拉强度逐渐提高,与未添加纳米陶瓷粉体的试样相比,其中粉体含量0.15%的试样的抗拉强度增幅达到了12.97%;硬度变化较小,比较平稳.The ASTM G2500 samples reinforced by two different ceramic nano-powders were prepared under industrial conditions by foundry method. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the samples with dif- ferent ceramic nano-powders addtions were investigated. The research results show that the ASTM G2500 rein- forced by nano-powders A was characterized with finer microstructure with reduced number of pearlites. With different amount of nano-powders A, the tensile strength has a large fluctuation. Compared with the none nano- powders samples, the tensile strength of the specimen with the amount of 0.05% addition decreases by 12.78% with a reduced hardness by 10.87%. The quantity of the pearlite the ASTM G2500 reinforced by nano -powders B is increased. With the increased in the amount of nano-powders B, the tensile strength gradu- ally improved. Compared with the none nano-powders samples, the tensile strength of the specimen with the a- mount of 0.15% decreases by 12.97% ,and its hardness changes are small,relatively stable.
