摘 要:对某机加工企业生产过程中产生的这两类废水进行处理,确定最佳工艺流程和工艺参数.实验结果表明:混凝-生化联合处理工艺可以有效处理这两类废水.其中,混凝处理可以去除废水中大部分悬浮物,在混凝剂PAC投量为100 mg/L、助凝剂PAM投量为10 mg/L条件下,COD和SS去除率分别达到28%和64%;生化处理中,厌氧-好氧联合生化处理效果较单独好氧处理工艺处理效果好,采用混凝-厌氧-好氧(回流)工艺对废水进行处理,在厌氧和好氧段水力停留时间分别为4 h和8 h的条件下,COD去除率达到85%以上,出水COD可降至40 mg/L以下,出水可回用于水力清砂和湿法除尘用水补充水.Treatment of wastewaters from the processes of hydraulic cleaning and wet dedusting was investiga- ted, and suitable treatment process and operation parameters were determined. The experiment results indicate that the combined coagulation and biochemical treatment is efficient to remove most of the suspended solid of the wastewater. Under the coagulation with 100 mg/L of PAC and 10 mg/L of PAM, COD and SS removal effi- ciencies are 28% and 64% respectively. The effect of combined anaeraobic biochemical treatment is better than that of single oxic treatment. Under the condition of hydrogen retention time of anaerobic tank and oxic tank being 4 h and 8 h respectively, COD removal efficiency reaches to 85% , the effluent COD concentration is less than 40 rag/L, and the effluent can be reused as supplement water for hydraulic cleaning and wet de- dusting.
