摘　　要：目的:观察寒痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB表达的影响,初步揭示寒痹康汤治疗类风湿关节炎的机理。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和弗氏不完全佐剂诱导关节炎大鼠模型,以甲氨蝶呤为对照组,观察寒痹康汤对各组大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB表达的影响。结果:寒痹康汤能降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB的表达,作用与甲氨蝶呤相当。结论:寒痹康汤影响胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB的表达,是其治疗类风湿关节炎的机理之一。Objective：To observe the effect ofhanbikang decoction on the expression of NF-κB in synovial cells of collagen-induced rats with rheumatoid arthritis to probe the mechanism of it in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Bovine collagen type II and fi＇eund＇s incomplete adjuvant were used to induce rat model with arthritis to observe the expression of NF-r,B in synovial cells of collagen-induced rats with rheumatoid arthritis with methotrexate as the control group.Results：Hanbikang decoction could reduce the expression of NF-κB in synovial cells of collagen- induced rats with rheumatoid arthritis,with almost the same function as methotrexate.Conclusion：Hanbikang decoction could influence the expression of NF-κB in synovial cells of collagen-induced rats with rheumatoid arthritis,being one of the mechanisms in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
