粤西地区体育家教现象的调查与分析

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和统计法,对广东省粤西地区体育家教现象进行调查与分析。结果显示:(1)体育家教在家教市场所占份额有扩大趋势;(2)聘请体育家教的动机从功利性向多元化转变;(3)师资来源渠道多样化;(4)教学时段合理,教学场地基本满意;(5)收费以市场为导向,价格偏低。With the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and statistics, the paper carries on the investigation and analysis of sports tutor phenomenon in western Guangdong area of Guangdong Province. The results show： （1） sports tutor has a great market share, and the trend has expanded; （2） employing sports tutor motivation changes from utilitarian to diversification; （3） the channel of teachers has the diversity; （4） sport tutor has reasonable teaching time, teaching site is basically satisfied; （5） charges follows the market guidance, with lower price.
