下齿槽神经阻滞麻醉第三个注射点的创立与应用

摘　　要：通过多年的临床应用,下齿槽神经阻滞麻醉(第三个注射点),约和下颌孔高度平行,沿此点向升支内面滑动约0.5cm,即定位刺入点,推注麻药。此注射点恒定,不因患者胖瘦、磨牙缺失而标志不清,易于掌握。麻醉效果可靠,麻醉成功率几乎100%,受到患者的好评,值得推广。Through years of clinical application, the inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia （third injection）, andmandibular foramen highly parallel, along the ascending inner surface to slide about 0.Scm, including positioning piercingpoint, solution injection. The injection point is constant, notbecause the patient weight, molar missing and the sign is not clear, easy to master. Reliable anesthetic effect, anesthesiasuccess rate of ahnost 100%, get of the patient reputably, worthy of promotion.
