氯沙坦钾联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氯沙坦钾联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月在我院住院治疗的原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者60例为研究对象,全部入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予氯沙坦50 mg,每日1次,连用4周;治疗组给予氯沙坦50mg,每日1次,氨氯地平2.5 mg,每日1次,连用4周。每周监测两组患者的血压和血尿酸各1次,观察期4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗4周后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及血尿酸(UA)的变化情况,并观察不良反应情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组患者的SBP、DBP均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗组SBP、DBP治疗后分别较对照组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组患者的UA水平均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组UA水平较对照组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用氯沙坦钾联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广运用。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of losartan and amlodipine in the treatment of pri- mary hypertension. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012, 60 patients were selected and ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 patients, control group were given losartan 50 mg once a day, once every four weeks while treated patients were given losartan 50 mg once daily, amlodipine 2.5 rag, once a day, once every 4 weeks. The systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and the changes of serum uric acid （UA）, and adverse reactions were compared before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group of patients of SBP, DBP compared with pre-treatment significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, while SBP, DBP in the treatment group were lower more significant than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group of patients with UA levels decreased significantly than before treatment, and the treatment group UA levels were decreased more significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Losartan potassium amlodipine treatment of primary hypertension and hyperuricemia effective, safe and reliable, worthy of promotion of the use.
