摘  要:目的探讨原发性干燥综合征患者采用羟氯喹进行治疗后的临床效果。方法研究对象选择2007年12月~2012年12月在我院进行治疗的PSS患者29例,所有的患者均每天口服羟氯喹400mg,分2次服用完毕。比较患者治疗前后患者口干、眼干和关节痛等临床症状及实验室指标的变化情况,观察患者的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月以后与治疗前比较,患者口干、眼干、关节痛症状均出现明显的缓解,治疗前后具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。患者治疗6个月后与治疗前比较,ESR、CRP、IgG及IgM水平均明显降低,治疗前后差异具有显著性(P〈0.05)。本次研究中共有6例不良反应发生,发生率为20.69%。结论原发性干燥综合征采用羟氯喹进行治疗后可以使患者的临床症状得到显著的缓解,ESR、CRP、IgG及IgM等客观指标得到明显的改善,并且具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect in primary Sjogren's syndrome with hydroxychloroquine. Methods Twenty-nine cases with PSS were selected from December 2007 to December 2012 in our hospital, All patients were daily oral hydroxychloroquine 400 mg, 2 doses finished. We compared patients before and after treatment in patients with dry mouth, dry eyes and joint pain and other clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters changes, we observed the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results compared with before treatment, patients with dry mouth, dry eyes, joint pain symptoms were significantly alleviated in the After 6 months of treatment,they were significant differences be- tween before treatment and after treatment (P 〈 0.05). Compared with before treatment the ESR, CRP, IgG and IgM water were significantly lower in the after 6 months of treatment, they were significant differences between before treat- ment and after treatment (P 〈 0.05). The study, a total of 6 cases of adverse reactions, the rate was 20.69%. Con- clusion Primary Sjogren's syndrome with hydroxychloroquine treatment, the patient's clinical symptoms significantly mitigation, ESR, CRP, IgG, and IgM objective indicators have been significantly improved, and higher security.
