中药阶梯疗法治疗儿童变应性鼻炎35例

摘　　要：目的观察中药阶梯疗法治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将68例变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组以中药阶梯疗法治疗,对照组以西药阶梯疗法治疗,比较两组间的症状和体征计分及临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,两组的症状和体征计分及临床疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组的症状和体征计分及临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中药阶梯疗法治疗儿童变应性鼻炎具有确切疗效,且远期疗效优于对照组。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine gradual treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods All of 68 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treat- ment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine gradual treatment, the control group was treated with western medicine gradual treatment, the symptom scores and the effects were compared between the two groups. Results After one month of therapy, there were no significant differences in the symptoms scores and clinical efficacy between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After 6 months of therapy, comparing two groups had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine gradual treatment of children with allergic rhinitis has sure curative effect and the long- term curative effect is better than that of the control group.
