摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者通过经皮冠脉介入术（PCI）进行早期再灌注后其血中B型钠利尿肽（BNP）的动态变化及对心室重塑的影响。方法将2007年9月～2012年9月入住我院的100例急性心肌梗死患者按照抽签法随机地均分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予药物保守治疗，观察组给予PCI治疗，比较两组治疗前后血瘀证积分值、BNP、CPK、CK—MB与心功能指标变化情况等。结果两组治疗前后血瘀证积分差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），且观察组治疗后与对照组相比，差异具有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01），且两组治疗前后差值相比，差异也具有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组治疗后BNP、CPK、CK—MB与心功能指标值差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论PCI可以隆低AMI患者血中BNP含量，从而改善患者的左室功能以及左室重塑。Objective To investigate patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） to early reperfusion dynamic changes in the blood of B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP） and ventricular remodeling by percutaneous coronary interventional proeedures（PCI）. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction hospital stay were randomly divided into control group and observation group from September 2007 to September 2012 in accordance with the law of the draw, and the control group received conservative medical treatment, the observation group was treated with PCI treatment,more the integral value of the two groups before and after treatment of blood stasis, BNP, CPK, CK-MB and cardiac function changes were compared. Results The two groups before and after treatment,blood stasis Diff statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01）,and the observation group after treatment compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）,and compared before and after treatment,the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.01）; after treatment,the level of BNP,CPK,CK-MB and cardiac function value difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion PCI treatment of patients with AMI blood BNP content, in order to improve the patient＇s left ventricular function and left ventricular remodeling.
