新活素治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察新活素治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院从2010年12月～2012年12月间接诊的100例ST段抬高的急性心肌梗死合并心衰患者,按照1∶1的比例分为观察组(A组)与对照组(B组)各50例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用新活素。比较两组患者的呼吸困难、心功能分级及出院时心脏彩超评估情况。结果在呼吸困难改善上,观察组改善率为90%,对照组为54%;在心功能分级改善上,观察组总改善率为96%,对照组总改善率为58%;观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患者出院时心脏彩超评估左室大小比较上,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;在心电图演变比较中,两组没有显著差异。结论在治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者中应用新活素,可以明显改善临床症状,取得非常显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （Lrh- BNP） on treating acute myocardial infarction complicating heart failure. Methods Selected 100 cases of patients with ST elevation acute myocardial infarction complicating heart failure in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012, according to the proportion of 1：1 were divided into observation group （group A） and control group （group B）. The control group were treated with routine treatment, while the observation group were treated with Lrh-BNP on the basis of routine treatment. Carefully observed the breathing difficulties, heart function classification and evaluation of heart doppler ultrasound when they left the hospital of the two groups. Results The improvement rate of breathing dif- ficulties in observation group was 90%, while the control group was 54%; the improvement of heart function classifica- tion in observation group was 96%,while the control group was 58%; obviously the observation group were superior to control group, and the differences were statistical significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the comparison of LV size evaluated by heart doppler ultrasound when the patients left hospital, observation group was superior to control group, and the dif- ference was statistical significant （P 〈 0.05）; in the comparison of variation of ECG, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Lrh-BNP can obviously improve clinical symptoms in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicating heart failure, and worthy of clinical application.
