芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年糖尿病性便秘患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪蓉润肠口服液治疗老年糖尿病性便秘的临床疗效。方法将110例老年糖尿病性便秘患者随机分为两组,治疗组服用芪蓉润肠口服液,对照组服用莫沙必利片,连续服药2周,对比临床疗效。结果治疗组芪蓉润肠口服液疗效优于对照组莫沙必利片,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪蓉润肠口服液对老年糖尿病性便秘有较好疗效,适合临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qirong Runchang oral liquid in the treatment of senile diabetic constipation. Methods One hundred and ten cases of senile diabetic constipation patients were randomly divided in- to two groups, the treatment group took Qirong Runchang oral liquid, and control group with Mosapride tablets, treated 2 weeks, clinical curative effect were compared. Results The defecation effect in the study group of Qirong Runchang oral liquid was better than the contral group of Mosapride,and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Qirong Runchang oral liquid has a good effect on senile diabetic constipation, suitable for clinical application.
