摘　　要：民族社会工作是新时期应对民族问题和加强民族地区社会建设的有效手段,也是提升我国社会工作职业化、本土化水平的重要载体,在保护少数民族权益、推动各民族均衡发展以及建构和谐民族关系等方面具有独特的应用价值。要推动我国民族社会工作的发展,则须在借鉴国内外民族社会工作发展经验、参照我国现有民族工作体系和社会福利制度的基础上,明确资源衔接与整合、政策细化与执行、项目实施与评估、社会组织建设、误解消减与族际互动、权益维护与纠纷化解等策略性发展重点。Social work for ethnic minorities is an effective means to deal with ethnic issues and enhance social construction in ethnic regions in the new time.It is also an important carrier to uplift the level of professionalization and localization of the work.It is of unique value in protecting the rights of ethnic minorities,promoting balanced development of all ethnic groups and constructing a harmonious national relation.In order to further develop the work,efforts should be made to learn from domestic and foreign experiences,clarify focuses of strategic development in integrating resources,refining and implementing policies,operating and evaluating projects,constructing social organizations,eliminating misunderstanding,carrying on interaction among ethnic groups,protecting rights and resolving disputes on the basis of the current system of ethnic social work and social welfare.
