1356例乳腺肿物麦默通微创旋切术临床经验总结

摘　　要：目的总结应用麦默通微创旋切系统进行乳腺病灶切除或活组织检查(活检)的临床疗效及经验。方法对1 356例2 573个乳腺病灶进行了麦默通乳腺微创旋切术,所有病灶均行超声术前诊断、定位,术中引导旋切刀植入并监测旋切过程,术后明确病灶被切除。结果 1 356例共2 573个乳腺病灶被切除,手术成功率100%,术后84例(6.2%)出现并发症,均较轻微。术后随访1～18个月,仅2例复发,复发率为0.1%。结论麦默通微创旋切系统用于乳腺肿物切除、活检,安全、准确、美观、微创,手术并发症少,复发率低。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of breast tumor resection and biopsy with Mammotome minimally invasive system. Methods The clinical data of 1 356 breast tumor operations （ inclu-ding 2573 lesions） with Mammotome system were analyzed. All patients underwent preoperative ultrasound di-agnosis, lesion location and ultrasound guided operation. Results All the 2573 breast lesions were resected successfully. Surgical success rate was 100%. 84 cases （6. 2% ） occured postoperative complication. The pa-tients were followed up for 1 to 18 months, only 2 patients （0. 1% ） recured. Conclusions Breast tumor re-section and biopsy with Mammotome system are safe, accurate, minimally invasive and just leave a tiny scar.
