摘　　要：研究目的:探讨中国征地制度改革中公益性用地的界定方法。研究方法:以法学和经济学为理论基础,建立公益性用地界定体系,并选用不同用地案例进行实证分析。研究结果:通过案例分析验证,本文所建立的公益性用地界定体系客观合理,具有可行性。研究结论:公益性用地界定方法的确立,为征地制度改革中区分公益性用地和经营性用地提供了依据。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the definition of land for public interests in the context of land requisition system reform.Method employed is to develop a definition category of land for public interests based on economics and jurisprudence theories,which was further applied to several cases.The results indicate that the definition category is reasonable and feasible,which was verified by the case analysis.It is concluded that the definition category provides a basis to identify land for public interests and distinguish it from profit-oriented land in the context of land requisition system reform.
