两种标准方法测定开塞露山梨醇含量的比较

摘　　要：目的用卫生部药品标准和其提高标准方法对开塞露(含山梨醇)进行含量测定比较。方法分别以硫代硫酸钠(0.02mol/L)、硫代硫酸钠(0.05mol/L)为滴定液,用滴定法测定开塞露中山梨醇的含量;以乙二酸四醋酸二钠(0.05mol/L)为滴定液,用滴定法测定开塞露中硫酸镁的含量。结果提高标准方法对山梨醇进行的含量测定结果较部颁标准方法的结果偏高;9批样品中硫酸镁的含量测定结果均低于标示量。结论提高标准方法较科学,并增加了硫酸镁的含量测定检查项,对开塞露中硫酸镁的含量进行有效的质量控制。Objective Drug standard of Ministry of health and the standards of glycerine enema （containing sorbitol） content determination comparison.Methods With sodium thiosulfate （0.02mol/L）,sodium thiosulfate （0.05mol/L） as the titrant,determination of glycerine enema Zhongshan pear alcohol content by titration method; With two sodium oxalate four acetic acid （0.05mol/L） as the titrant,content determination of glycerine enema magnesium sulfate used in titration method.Results Results high content determination of raise the standard method is the standard method of sorbitol was; Determination results were lower than the labeled amount in 9 batches of samples of magnesium sulfate content.Conclusion To raise the standard of science methods,And increased the content of magnesium sulfate determination of check items,content of magnesium sulfate enema in the efficient quality control.
