妊娠晚期孕妇血常规检查结果的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠晚期妇女全血细胞指标的变化及其正常参考区间,并分析其临床意义。方法:采用日本Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪检测314例妊娠晚期妇女和234例健康未孕妇女进行全血细胞参数,包括红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞和中性粒细胞百分比,并比较两组之间各参数的差异。结果:正常妊娠晚期妇女中性粒细胞百分比和血红蛋白含量符合正态分布,白细胞、血小板、红细胞计数均不符合正态分布。其白细胞数、中性粒细胞百分比显著高于健康对照组;而血小板数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量显著低于健康对照组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:妊娠晚期妇女血常规各项指标与正常人的参考值相比均发生了显著变化,需要临床医生引起重视。Objective： To investigate the changes and clinical significance of whole blood cell indices in late pregnant women.Methods： Whole blood cell indices of 314 women in late pregnancy（pregnant women group） and 234 non-pregnant women（control group） were detected by Sysmex XE-2100 blood cell analyzer,including RBC,PLT,HGB,WBC and NEU%.Results： The HGB and NEU% were normally distributed in normal late pregnant women,but the RBC,PLT and WBC did not obey normal distribution.Compared with control group,the white blood cell count,percentage of neutrophils of pregnant women group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.01）,while the platelet count,red blood cell count（RBC）,hemoglobin content of pregnant women group were all significantly lower than those of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： RBC,PLT,HGB,WBC and NEU% of normal late pregnant women changed significantly in comparison with the normal reference ranges,and were needed to be paid a great attention by clinical doctors.
