摘　　要：为确保PHC管桩制作和施工中应用的质量,必须将桩基工程作为质量控制的重中之重,做好从制桩、落驳、运输、起吊、沉桩及沉桩后的及时稳桩等各项环节的质量监控。以嘉兴港独山港区多用途码头工程为范例,详细阐述制桩工程质量控制。对沉桩过程中异常情况分析,并提出应对措施。可供参考。In order to ensure quality of manufacture and usage in construction of PHC pipe pile, attention should paid to quality control of pile foundation engineering, and quality monitor of each link from pile making, loading on barge, transportation, lift, damping pile until stabling pile after it piling should be done well. The quality coutrol of pile making is stated in detail. Abnormal situation in piling is analyzed and relative countermeasures are put forward, which could be refereced.
