摘 要:建立窄轴承在动载荷作用下的数学模型,分析冲击载荷、旋转载荷和任意动载荷(冲击载荷和旋转载荷的叠加)等不同类型载荷作用下窄轴承的润滑性能,通过计算得到不同载荷作用下的轴心运动轨迹。结果表明,不同类型的动载荷对轴心运动轨迹的影响很大,在大小变化的单向动载荷作用下,轴心轨迹曲线是一个椭圆环;在旋转载荷和冲击载荷与旋转载荷叠加的任意动载荷作用下,与轴颈转向相反的旋转载荷可以提高轴承的承载能力和轴系稳定性。A mathematical model of the short bearings under dynamic load was established, and the lubrication performance of short bearing under different dynamic loads was analyzed, including the impact load, rotary load and arbitrary dynamic load (the superimposition of impact load and rotary load). The orbits of shaft center under different dynamic loads were obtained with numerical analysis. The results show that different types of dynamic load have significant influence on shaft center trajectory. The orbit of shaft center is an elliptical ring under constant impact load. The rotary load, which is in the reverse direction with journal rotation, can improve the load capacity of the bearing and the stability of shaft assembly under rotary load and arbitrary dynamic load.
