摘　　要：针对重载铁路的高锰钢辙叉(锰叉)加工,设计了液压夹具,实现了工件夹紧的自动化。能有效减少工人的劳动强度和人为因素的不稳定性,并且大大提高了劳动生产率,有效保证锰叉产出,满足市场需求。The hydraulic clamping system is designed for the high manganese steel frog of heavy haul railways which implements automation of the workpiece clamping. This system can reduce both the labor intensity of workers and instability of human factors effectively. It can also greatly improve the labor productivity, effectively ensure the manganese fork output, meets the market demand.
