摘  要:针对抽水蓄能电站水轮机结构的特殊性,建立了某抽水蓄能电站水轮机底环的有限元模型,并利用ANSYS软件对其刚强度和动态特性进行了有限元分析。根据底环材料机械特性给出了其刚强度有限元分析结果的考核准则,并判断刚强度分析结果是否满足许用要求。根据该水轮机参数,分析了水轮机底环动态特性仿真结果,并判定结构与激振频率产生共振的可能性。结果表明底环刚强度及动态特性均满足要求,分析方法合理,对抽水蓄能机组底环的设计具有指导意义。Based on the particularity of hydro turbine structure of pumped storage power station, finite element model of bottom ring of pumped storage power station is established and its strength and dynamic characteristics is analyzed by ANSYS software. The criteria of assessment of finite element results are obtained based on the mechanical characteristics of bottom ring. It is judged whether the strength and stiffness of bottom ring meet the requirements or not. The dynamic characteristic results of bottom ring are analyzed based on the parameters of hydro turbine. It is judged whether resonance between bottom ring structure and the excitation frequency could appear or not. The finite element results show that strength and stiffness and the dynamic characteristics of bottom ring can meet the design requirements, and the analytical method is suitable and it is of important significance to designing bottom ring of pumped storage power station.
