摘  要:以SnCl4为前驱体、以氧气和氢气的混合气体为爆源,通过气相爆轰制备纳米二氧化锡粉末。并通过XRD和TEM等测量手段对纳米SnO2进行表征及分析,发现所制备的纳米SnO2颗粒形状呈球形,粒径在1~10nm之间。由此可以得出结论:气相爆轰可以设计合成独特的纳米SnO2。Novel stannic oxide nanometer powder has been synthesized via a gas phase detonation reaction with respect to hydrogen gas mixture of oxygen with, stannic chloride as precursor. The detonation products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe their structures. Tin dioxide with primary particles of diameters from 1 to 10 nm and a distribution with proportional spacing of spherical morphologies were found. It is concluded that gas phase detonation can be designed for synthesis of the nanometer tin dioxide.
