摘 要:通过20个先张法构件预应力螺旋肋(HR)钢棒的预应力传递长度试验,详细分析钢棒有效预应力、混凝土抗拉强度、钢棒直径和配箍率等因素对预应力传递长度的影响,得出预应力HR钢棒相对预应力传递长度与钢棒有效预应力近似呈正比关系,与放张时混凝土抗拉强度近似呈反比关系;在试验数据的基础上,依据HR钢棒黏结锚固性能试验研究的结果,提出预应力HR钢棒的预应力传递长度计算公式。The helical ribbed bar is named "HR bar". By 20 prestressed transmission length tests of prestressed HR bar, the effect of the main factors (effective prestress of HR bar, concrete tensile strength, diameter of HR bar and stirrup ratio ) on prestressed transmission length was analyzed in detail. The analyses showed that the relative prestressed transmission length was proportional to the HR bar effective prestress, and was inversely proportional to the concrete tensile strength. On the basis of the experimental data, and based on the results of bond-anchorage tests of HR bar, the formula of prestressed transmission length for HR bar was proposed.
