摘  要:山东沿海滩涂地区某联排高级住宅,采用梁板式筏板基础,持力层为强夯后的杂填土层,厚3.5~5.0 m,其下为3.0 m左右的淤泥质土层,形成上硬下软的双层地基。该建筑物刚施工完毕即产生较大沉降和不均匀沉降。从地质条件、地基处理措施、设计与施工方面对沉降原因进行分析,并将沉降计算结果与实测结果进行对比,得出该工程沉降的经验系数。为控制施工后沉降与不均匀沉降的进一步发展,采用微型桩作为减沉桩。通过筏板基础和减沉疏桩基础两种方案的沉降计算结果对比,说明加固方案的有效性。该地基加固完成后两周内变形趋于稳定,达到预期效果。A terrace house located on coastal beach of Shandong Province, with waffle-slab raft foundation, is founded on 3.5 - 5.0 m thick miscellaneous fill treated with dynamic compaction, which is followed by 3.0 thick mucky soil, forming a hard-soft double-layered foundation. When the construction of the building was approaching completion, large settlement and differential settlement occurred. The causes of the settlements were analyzed from the geological conditions, foundation treatment measures, the design concept and construction procedure, and through comparing calculated settlement with the measured one, the experience coefficient for the settlement was obtained. In order to control post-construction settlement and differential settlement, micro-pile was adopted and its effectiveness is illustrated by comparing the calculated settlement of raft foundation to the piled raft foundation with a few of piles as settlement reducer. The foundation deformation tended to be stable within two weeks after the ground treatment completion, thus achieving the planned expectation.
