白细胞精子症与宫腔内人工授精结局的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞精子症对宫腔内人工授精的影响。方法比较102例白细胞精子症不育症患者(白细胞精子症组)与230例白细胞正常不育症患者(白细胞正常组)的精液量、精子浓度、处理前后前向运动精子总数、临床妊娠率及早期流产率。结果白细胞精子症组行宫腔内人工授精(IUI)256个周期,白细胞正常组行IUI 372个周期。白细胞精子症组临床妊娠率高于白细胞正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组早期流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组精液量、精子浓度及处理前后前向运动精子总数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组精液白细胞浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白细胞精子症不是影响IUI临床妊娠率的主要因素。Objective To explore the effect of leukocytospermia on outcome of intrauterine insemination（IUI）. Meth- ods The semen volume, sperm concentration, and total quantity of prorsad movement spermatozoa before and after interven- tion,pregnancy rate and early abortion rate were compared between 102 patients with leukocytospermia （leukocytospermia group） and 230 patients without leukocytospermia（ leukocyte normal group）. Results Two hundred and fifty-six circles of IUI were carried in leukocytospermia group and 372 circles in leukocyte normal group. Pregnancy rates in leukocytospermia group were significantly higher than those in leukocyte normal group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were not statistic difference of early abortion rates between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The statistic differences of semen volume, sperm concentration and total quantity of prorsad movement spermatozoa before and after intervention were not found between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Leukocytospermia is not associated with low IUI pregnancy rate.
